As Director of La Cle Consulting, Aline has worked for 5 years as Corporate consultant for Six Senses Hotels and Resorts, including stints as Hotel Manager at Six Senses Douro Valley, and consultant trainer at Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman, Six Senses Seychelles, Six Senses Cambodia , as well as stints consulting and training at the The Connaught Hotel London, Cheval Blanc, Domaine des Etangs, and various Hospitality Schools…
Aline is native French speaker, speaks fluent English and also basic Moroccan Arabic.
Key experiences
Her career began in Paris, where she honed her craft at the mythical Ritz Hotel, followed by an equally long stint at the legendary Four Seasons George V. Aline began her international career in Morocco, where she first opened and ran Housekeeping at the fabled palace of His Majesty King Mohammed VI , the now world-renowned Royal Mansour Hotel.
Aline then took over Rooms Division operations in preopening of the 5* Royal Palm Gold Resort also in Marrakech and ultimately got promoted to Resort Manager.
